When you contact us for the first time, you're not going to a scripted sales pitch or pushy sales tactics.
We are selective in our relationships and we won't work with just anyone — you shouldn't either. That's why our first call is very informal and designed to simply let us get to know each other and see if we're a good fit.

What to Expect When You Decide to Move Forward
Because we're specialized to work with companies that offer Professional Services to business clients, we are familiar with your struggles and goals. However, we aren't going to just slap together some prefab packages and present them. Our onboarding process is designed to help us discover exactly how we can help the most.
Meet Your New Team
You know your business, but we need to learn it — and fast. You'll be assigned a dedicated Account Strategist and a dedicated Account Manager.
Before they can present a proposal, they will need to understand what you do and how you help your clients. They need to understand your goals and how you're remarkable in your industry. They schedule several meetings with you to learn more.
Review Your Proposal
Once your Strategist is confident that they have the right strategies, they'll present a proposal for the first 3 months. They'll walk you through every campaign we're recommending and answer any questions you may have.
You'll talk about the risks, rewards, and costs. Together, you'll decide which campaigns that you want to proceed with.
After you and your Account Strategist have settled on a plan of action, your dedicated Account Manager gets to work.
It's a 3-month plan, but we don't stagger out the work over 3 months, we work as fast as possible so you can get results sooner. Your Account Manager will make sure we work at a pace that's comfortable for you.
Measure & Refine
No Random Acts of Marketing! We went into this Game Plan with a strategy in mind and an idea of the impact that we expected these campaigns to have on your business.
As soon as a campaign is launched, your Account Strategist starts measuring results. They will continue to tweak and refine your campaigns for performance throughout the entire Game Plan.
Analyze & Strategize
As the Game Plan is coming to an end, your Account Strategist and Account Manager will come together and discuss the results with you.
You will work together to make decisions using the data gathered from the previous three months as well as any changes to your goals. Then, they will determine which campaigns to utilize in the next Game Plan and the cycle starts over.
No Random Acts of Marketing!
Your Account Strategist will talk about your goals for the next 3 months, review the data from the previous campaigns, and build a new Game Plan for the next 3 months.
How Are We Different?
When you and your team sell your time and expertise to business clients, you have some unique challenges that other companies don't have to deal with.
- You have to build a high level of trust with prospects.
- Your sales process is typically longer.
- You have to scale in a controlled way in order to maintain a high level of customer service.
- You need strategies to help you with upsells, re-engagement, referrals, and generating testimonials.
And that's just a few of your obstacles that we've learned how to conquer.
We Don't Spread Work Out
Most companies spread the work out over the length of the contract. However, you need results sooner instead of later. So while your payment can be spread over 3 months, the work won't be. We start as soon as you sign the proposal and your Account Manager will make sure we work at a pace you're comfortable with.
No Lengthy Contracts
Because we operate in 3-Month Game Plans, your maximum commitment to us is 3 months.
However, if you do want to cancel sooner, you simply owe for the work we've complete so far in that Game Plan. We aren't going to lock you in you aren't happy.
Dedicated 2-Person Team
Most agencies assign you an Account Manager, but that person doesn't have the skillset to really deep dive with you on strategy. They focus on keeping work moving.
We know strategy is important, that's why we also assign a dedicated Account Strategist.
Regular Meetings (not reports)
The stuff we do is complicated, and it's not your job to decipher the tangle of numbers and strategies that we're executing to see how they're working.
Your Account Manager and Strategist will meet with you regularly to review progress and answer any questions that you have.
Combine Proven & New Strategies
We do have a toolbox of strategies that we know we can plug into your business and get results. However, we know that no two business are the same. So we adapt and innovate to identify new strategies that would work in your specific situation.
We constantly analyze and improve your campaigns while they're running.
