What are you waiting for?

Can you live up to
OUR EXPECTATIONS?

Your content will support marketing strategies that deliver highly-targeted and well-defined marketing and sales leads for our clients.

You will be working with our marketing team across a wide variety of content-driven initiatives. This includes crafting compelling website copy, blog articles, email newsletters, social media posts, digital ads, print material, and — well — anything that uses words to deliver a message and convert a lead.

You should have strong written and verbal communication skills as well as the ability to follow instructions that include details like word count, persona targeting, and much more.

You will collaborate with other members of our team on projects, so you must play well with others and be willing to follow advice and lead others.

We use tools to make our job easier, faster, and maintain quality. If you have experience in those tools — fantastic. If you don't, we'll train you. These include (but are not limited to) WordPress, HubSpot, Google Docs, MailChimp, Contant Contact, Social Media Platforms, Slack, Grammarly, and ClickUp.

Can you handle
Your RESPONSIBILITIES?

1

Write a Wide Variety of Content

  • LinkedIn, Facebook, Google Ads, and whatever social platforms are trending
  • Website and landing page copy
  • Infographics, eBooks, Newsletters, and other lead-generating materials
  • Press releases, case studies, and other detailed materials
  • Brochures, Postcards, and other printed lead-generation items

2

Accuracy & Detail

You must be able to write content that is grammatically accurate and meets our clients guidelines for tone, voice, and industry terminology.

3

Able to Hold a Deadline

Our clients expect us to meet an agreed-upon publishing schedule. This means that we need the content from you by the due dates outlined. If you are even in danger of missing a deadline, you are responsible for communicating that with your team.

4

schedule / Publish content

Depending on your skill level, you may also be asked to publish or schedule content on social media channels, websites, email marketing software, or other marketing channels. You will be trained on our processes before you take on this responsibility.

5

Capable of working remotely

We don't maintain a physical office space and instead we allow our employees to work remotely. You will mostly be able to set your own schedule. There will be regular meetings with other members of your team and potentially with clients that you will be expected to attend, but otherwise, the driving force is high-quality work delivered on time, not a time clock.

Are You a GOOD FIT?

You absolutely must be a self-motivated person that enjoys their job and wants to learn more. Our industry is fast-paced, and our clients might be moving even faster.

You must be DRIVEN to succeed.

You will be encouraged and expected to stay on top of trends in your field.
